Service was generally kind and helpful, with a standout staff member named Nikkita. The dining experience, while adequate, had some issues like freezing AC. The location next to Radisson Metro Station is convenient. Additional positive aspects include a big parking lot, good room size, and reasonable breakfast, but the outdated dining room and running out of items were negative factors.
